PIAHCL – Career Opportunity

Organization Description:

PIA Holding Company Limited (PIAHCL) is a public limited company incorporated under the laws of Pakistan and listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). It serves as the holding company for the following entities:

  • Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited (PIACL)

  • PIA Investments Limited

  • Skyrooms (Private) Limited

  • Sabre Travel Network Pakistan (Private) Limited

Recent Development:
Following the Scheme of Arrangement (SOA) sanctioned by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) in May 2024, all non-core assets and liabilities of PIACL were transferred to PIAHCL.

General Conditions

  • Location: All positions are based in Islamabad.

  • Contract Type: 3-year performance-based, KPI-driven contract (renewable based on performance and organizational requirements).

  • Compensation: Market-competitive salary packages.

  • Selection: All appointments will be strictly made on merit.

  • Declaration Requirement: Shortlisted candidates must submit a prescribed “Declaration” on non-judicial stamp paper when required.

  • Interview Expenses: No TA/DA will be provided.

  • Preference: Candidates with prior experience in a similar-sized organization with comparable business nature and complexity will be preferred.
