Career Opportunity: Senior Manager – Finance

About the Company

A well-established and rapidly growing company in the chemical manufacturing sector is looking for a qualified and experienced professional to join its Finance team as Senior Manager – Finance. This is a key leadership role within the organization, offering excellent career growth prospects and a dynamic work environment.

Key Qualifications

  • Education:

    • MBA in Finance

    • ACMA (Associate Cost and Management Accountant)

    • CA (Inter) with completion of Articles

  • Experience:

    • 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience

    • Preference will be given to candidates with a background in financial departments of commercial banks or manufacturing industries

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial and accounting operations independently

  • Ensure strict compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory frameworks

  • Prepare, analyze, and present accurate and timely internal management reports

  • Efficiently handle all banking operations including:

    • Negotiation and management of credit limits

    • Handling Letters of Credit (LC) and other trade finance instruments

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial laws, and best practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite

  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and multiple tasks efficiently
