Job Opportunities: Settlement and Digitization of Land Records in Merged Districts
The Settlement and Digitization of Land Record project invites online applications from suitable candidates with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa domicile for project-based posts. These positions are on a purely fixed pay and contractual basis. Below are the details of the available positions:
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Retired Government Revenue Official, preferably Tahsildar, with relevant experience and a sound understanding of land settlement and revenue matters.
- Patwari (preferably retired government official), with experience in land settlement.
- Girdawar, with experience in land settlement.

- Qualification: FA/F.Sc along with Patwar course and 3 years of experience in land settlement/revenue work.
Terms and Conditions:
- Provisional Allowance: Candidates will be allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test; however, final eligibility will be determined by the appointing authority.
- ETEAs Profile Creation: Candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website and verify their CNIC through NADRA's E-Sahulat franchise before applying.
- Screening: Candidates will be screened based on the test conducted by ETEA.
- Contractual Basis: The appointment is purely contractual until the project completion.
- Project-Based Posts: Posts will be abolished upon project completion.
- Pay Package: As per government project policy.
- Shortlisted Candidates: Interview call letters will only be issued to shortlisted candidates.
- Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible by the application deadline.
- Late & Incomplete Applications: Applications received after the deadline or incomplete will not be considered.
- Age Relaxation: As per existing government rules.
- Government Employees: Candidates working in government or semi-government bodies should apply through proper channels.
- Application for Multiple Posts: Separate applications must be submitted for each post with separate fees.
- Original Documents: Candidates must bring original documents and one set of attested copies to the interview.
- Right to Modify: The competent authority reserves the right to increase/decrease vacancies or reject applications.
- Preference: Preference will be given to candidates from southern districts (Kohat, Bannu, Dera Ismail Khan Divisions).
- TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.

- After submitting the online application, a deposit slip will be generated. Print it and deposit the prescribed test fee via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or at any UBL branch.
- Keep the original deposit slip (candidate's copy) for your record.
- Do not send documents to ETEA. Keep copies of your documents for future reference.
- Only candidates who pass the screening test will be required to submit testimonials/documents for verification.
- Application Timeline:

- Roll No Slip: Candidates will receive SMS notifications to download their roll no slip from the ETEA website.
- Test Details: Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No Slip. No separate call letter will be issued.
