VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
A company limited by guarantee registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, located in Islamabad requires services for the following posts on contract basis.
1) Chief Financial Officer
Job Profile
Candidate should be visionary, responsible for development of financial strategy, effective management and investment of the funds in the area of energy and climate change. He/She should also lead the company in liaison with the financial institutions for the development of various projects for the promotion and enhancement of the objectives of the company.
Qualification, Experience and Age
Candidate must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants with atleast 5 years relevant experience or holding a master degree in finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with atleast 10 years relevant experience. Ideally the candidate should not be more than 40 years of age.
2) Finance and Business Development Officer
Candidate should be dynamic, responsible to provide support in procurement, in site assessment and need analysis, liaison with clients and engineers, creating budget reports and calculate payback periods, liaison with the lending entity for financing facility, identify the vendors/suppliers, seek for acquisition of activities for the company on the basis of loan mechanism, assist company and bank in conduct of market surveys to analyze and identify potential borrowers for the loan fund.

Qualification, Experience and Age
Bachelors in Business Management, Finance, Project Management, Economics or any related discipline from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Ideally the candidate should not be more than 30 years of age.
3) Research Associate
Job Profile
Assist in preparation and implementation of activities/projects. Prepare reports for publication in technical journals. Conduct research on proposed topics to collect, record, analyze, and evaluate facts. Provide research and analyses on specific topics related to energy sector and discuss to evaluate the validity of findings. Assist in keeping effective liaison with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and its registered Universities for training courses.
Qualification, Experience and Age
Engineering Graduate from PEC recognized university with atleast 2 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to the candidates who have taken projects in Energy Sector. Ideally the candidate should not be more than 30 years of age.
Salary Package and Tenure
Company offers market based remuneration. The contract is extendable on satisfactory performance.
