NIMIR Chemicals Pakistan Limited is a leading Petrochemical Industry with its state of art plant, manufacturing variety of Plasticizers, Resins and specialty chemicals, situated at Bikkhi, 14.5
KMs Sheikhupura-Faisalabad Road and Head Office at Lahore. We are looking for competent Human Resource for following positions for capacity enhancement of its existing facilities and future expansion plans.
+ GENERAL MANAGER PLANT (Technical & Production)
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:-
1. Assist Management to achieve organizational goals.
2. Responsible for managing production team of petrochemical plant operated by DCS.
3. Possess updated Technical knowledge of Petrochemical plant and its processes.
4. Plan & implement business, technical & production strategies aimed at maximizing efficiency.
5. Process Engineering Calculation like Heat & Mass Balance for yield factor & Energy allocations.
6. Interact & negotiate with plant & technology suppliers, contractors, consultants, venders etc.
7. Manage Plant Installation/erection of new projects.
8. Identification of new Projects, evaluations, Commissioning and Startup Activities
9. SOP Preparation, HAZOP studies and Root Cause Failure Analysis.
10. Lean Manufacturing & Cost benefit analysis.

Minimum B SC/MSC Chemical Engineering from HEC recognized University with preferably MBA
20 years and above as Plant Head/Leadership role
up to 50 years
Strong leadership, planning, production management techniques
2. COMPANY SECRETARY (Head Office)
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
To act as Company Secy and deal with all corporate affairs.
QUALIFICATION:
Qualified Chartered Secretary with Masters Degree
EXPERIENCE:
AGE:
6-8 Years in a Manufacturing Industry
35-40 Years
3 AM SALES & MARKETING (Head Office) Preferably from Chemical Industry
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
1. Customer Relationship
2. Meeting Assigned goal
QUALIFICATION:
BBA/MBA
EXPERIENCE:
3. Willing to travel in Lahore and surrounding area
5-8 Years
4. Explore new Customers
5. Product Knowledge
4. EXECUTIVE DRIVER (LAHORE)
■AGE:
25-35 Years
Who has valid driving license and experience of driving automatic luxury cars like BMW, Audie, and Porsche etc. and well conversant with Lahore. Candidate from outside Lahore is preferred.

5. EXECUTIVE OFFICE BOY (LAHORE)
