ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA / REQUIREMENTS

 
Requirement Details
Academic Qualification Professor with a PM&DC-recognized Level-III qualification in Medical Sciences
Regulatory Eligibility Must be eligible for appointment as Principal under PM&DC regulations
Leadership Experience Strong leadership, administrative, and academic management experience
Core Competencies Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching, research, faculty development, and institutional governance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Implied)

  • Provide visionary academic and administrative leadership.

  • Oversee faculty development, curriculum delivery, and research initiatives.

  • Ensure institutional compliance with PM&DC and other regulatory bodies.

  • Foster an environment of excellence in medical education and training.

  • Represent the college in academic, governmental, and professional forums.
