Vacancy Opening

Punjab Daanish Schools and Centers of Excellence Authority (PDS&CEA), Government of Punjab, is seeking qualified, motivated, committed, and highly dynamic professionals for the following appointment on a contract basis:

Position: Principal [For Daanish School]

Number of Posts: 01 (Only Male candidates are eligible to apply)
Location: Daanish School (Boys Campus), Fazilpur, District Rajanpur
Age Limit: Up to 63 years
Salary & Benefits: OG-III (equivalent to BPS-19) with a 1000cc car with driver, in-campus accommodation, and other fringe benefits as per PDS&CEA rules/regulations.

Disposition:

The ideal candidate should possess a mature and balanced personality with progressive ideals and leadership qualities. The role requires someone who can effectively manage and lead a state-of-the-art boarding institute, demonstrating strong interpersonal and managerial skills.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Master's degree (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized educational institution.
  • Preferably 05 years of experience as a Principal or a senior faculty member, ideally at a reputed public residential institution.
  • Experience as a housemaster in a known residential institution will be considered an additional advantage.

Experience/Credentials:

  • Proficient in managing the key functions of a traditional residential institution, including:
    • Administration
    • People management
    • Performance evaluation
    • In-house messing
    • Procurement
    • Health and safety
    • Security and surveillance
    • Public audits
    • Allied sports facilities
    • Counseling
    • Financial matters
    • Correspondence
  • A strong understanding of the educational system in Punjab with the capability to develop procedures to enhance student performance.
  • Ability to guide and train teachers through a strong grasp of teaching strategies and instructional methods.
  • Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
