Vacancy Announcement: Principal

Eligibility Criteria

• Education:

  • Master’s degree in Education, Project Management, Business Administration, or MA/M.Sc in a relevant field.

  • MPhil/PhD is preferred.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 7–8 years of experience as Principal in a reputable educational institution.

  • Candidates with previous experience as a Principal in APSACS schools will have an advantage.

• Age:

  • Minimum: 45 years

  • Maximum: 55 years

• Performance:

  • Last three years’ Federal Board & Karachi Board annual results for SSC & HSSC must demonstrate promising academic outcomes.

Key Competencies

Applicable to candidates from both civilian and military backgrounds:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

• Proven track record in academic planning, teacher development, and student achievement

• Familiarity with Army Public Schools and Colleges (APSACS) standards is desirable
