1. Principal

Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – 150,000

• Provide academic and administrative leadership to the campus.

• Ensure quality teaching standards, discipline, and educational excellence.

• Minimum Master’s Degree (Education or Management preferred).

• 5–8 years of experience in school administration or leadership roles.

2. Section Heads

Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – 70,000

• Oversee academic operations for designated grade levels.

• Supervise teachers, manage curriculum delivery, and ensure student progress.

• Minimum Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Education or relevant subject.

• Prior academic management experience preferred.

3. Academic Coordinators (Montessori)

Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 50,000

• Coordinate and monitor Montessori-level teaching and learning activities.

• Ensure the implementation of child-centered learning methodologies.

• Must be a Certified Montessori Directress (Diploma required).

• 2–3 years of experience in Montessori education preferred.

4. Full-Time Teachers (All Subjects / Grades)

Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 70,000 (based on qualifications and experience)

• Subject specialists required for all grades and disciplines.

• Minimum Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in relevant subjects.

• Prior teaching experience in reputable schools preferred.

• Must demonstrate strong communication, classroom management, and digital teaching skills.

5. Campus Manager

Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – 70,000

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the campus.

• Coordinate between academic and administrative departments.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Management or Education Administration.

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar capacity preferred.

6. Admission & Outreach Officer

Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – 70,000

• Handle admissions, student inquiries, and community engagement activities.

• Assist in marketing and outreach initiatives to promote school programs.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Marketing, Education, or Communication.

• Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills required.

QUALIFICATIONS & GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant academic qualifications (Bachelor’s/Master’s in respective fields).

• Prior experience in the education sector is highly preferred.

• Must be proficient in computer skills and educational technology tools.
