CAREER OPPORTUNITY AS PRINCIPAL

For the post of Principal of Fazaia Degree College at PAF Base Faisal, Karachi, applications are invited from energetic, competent and well-qualified candidates who are seeking a bright career in an inspiring work environment.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Gender: Male/Female

  • Medical Fitness: Medically Fit

  • Age Limit: Not more than 60 years

  • Skills: The candidates should be well-acquainted with communication, administrative and management skills.

QUALIFICATION

For Retired Education Officers from Armed Forces

MA/MSc in any subject with a minimum of 15 years commissioned service.

For Civilians

MA/MSc, M.Ed in any subject or equivalent with a minimum of 5–10 years teaching and 5–10 years supervisory/administration experience, with a minimum of 15 years aggregate experience at Intermediate or Degree College level.

INELIGIBILITY

The following candidates are not eligible to apply:

  • The candidate terminated/dismissed prematurely from any post at any government or non-governmental institution.

  • The candidate terminated from any Fazaia Institution due to any allegation/discipline issue.

  • The candidate with a history of any moral turpitude, financial embezzlement or criminal offences. The applicants are to produce NOC of the previous institution in this regard.

PAY / PERKS

  • Selected candidates will be offered an attractive salary package.

NOTE

  • It is a contract-based employment initially for a period of 02 years, and after that renewable annually based on performance.

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

  • TA/DA will not be admissible for interview.

  • Reputation of finally selected candidates will be confirmed from his/her previous workplace.

  • Concealment of any fact or information may lead to strict disciplinary action even after selection.
