District Public School (DPS) Kasur is launching its Cambridge O Level Program and is looking for experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented professionals to lead this initiative while maintaining excellence in the Matric stream.

1. Principal (Male/Female)

?? Salary & Benefits

  • Pay: Negotiable
  • POL: 200 liters per month
  • Electricity Allowance: Rs. 20,000/month
  • Telephone Allowance: Rs. 5,000/month
  • Official Car: Honda 1300cc
  • Residence: Free semi-furnished accommodation in DPS

?? Qualification

  • M.Phil / Master’s in Education (M.Ed)
    OR
  • Master’s in a core subject:
    • English
    • Sciences
    • Mathematics
    • Humanities

Preferred:

  • Cambridge certifications (PDQs, Leadership/Management courses)
  • Training in assessment and exam administration

?? Experience

  • Minimum 10 years in education sector
  • At least 5 years as Principal (leadership role)

Cambridge O Level Expertise:

  • School planning & timetabling
  • Assessments & exam operations
  • Results management
  • Experience in launching Cambridge programs (highly preferred)

  • Maximum 55 years
