The Lahore Cantonment Board invites applications from qualified, experienced, and dynamic female candidates for the position of Principal at Cantt Public High School & College for Girls, Zarrar Shaheed Road, Lahore Cantt.

Qualifications & Pre-Requisites

  • PhD / MPhil / MS in Education, School Administration, Educational Leadership (preferred) or any other relevant subject from an HEC-recognized institution.

  • Minimum 1st Division / 2.5 CGPA / 60% marks in the highest degree.

  • B.Ed / M.Ed (preferred).

  • At least 8–10 years of administrative experience in a well-reputed Matriculation School or College with a student strength of over 800 students.

Age Limit

  • Maximum age: 55 years

Terms & Conditions

  • The post is non-transferable.

  • Appointment will be made on a contract basis.

  • After successful completion of a six (06) months observation period with positive performance feedback, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) may grant a three (03) years contract, extendable on an annual basis.

  • An attractive salary package will be offered to the selected candidate.

  • No TA/DA will be admissible for test, demo, or interview.

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test, demo, and interview.
