Academic:
- Pre-Ph.D./MPhil/MS in Education, School Administration, or Educational Leadership (preferable), or in any other relevant subject.
- Degree must be from an HEC-recognized institution with at least 1st Division, 2.5 CGPA, or 60% marks.
- B.Ed./M.Ed. is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of administrative experience in reputable matriculation/intermediate schools or colleges with a student body of over 800.

Non-Transferable Position: This role will remain fixed at the specified location.
Contract Basis: Initially, the recruitment will be on a contract basis.
- After a six-month observation period, the CEO may grant a three-year contract, which can be extended annually.
Salary:
- A competitive salary ranging from Rs. 90,000 to Rs. 120,000 will be offered, based on qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
No TA/DA: No travel allowance (TA) or daily allowance (DA) will be provided for the test, demo, or interview.
Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the test, demo, and interview.
