JOB OPPORTUNITY

Cadet College Karachi invites applications from dynamic, dedicated, and visionary professionals for the prestigious position of:

Principal

The College seeks an accomplished leader with a futuristic approach, strong administrative capabilities, and a proven record of managing residential or military educational institutions.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification

  • MA / M.Sc. from a recognized university.

Rank Requirement

  • Retired Colonel (Col) or Brigadier (Brig) of Pakistan Armed Forces, or equivalent rank.

Age Limit

  • Must not be more than 55 years.

  • Age relaxation may be granted to candidates having prior experience in a Cadet College.

Experience

  • Preference will be given to candidates having at least 5 years of experience in a residential institution or military college.

Domicile

  • Must be a citizen of Pakistan.

Facilities & Benefits

Accommodation

  • Official residence will be provided within the college campus.

Transportation

  • 1300 CC official car with driver.

  • 300 liters of petrol per month.

Pay Package

  • Salary equivalent to BPS 19/20, along with admissible allowances.

Nature of Appointment

  • Initial contract for two (02) years, extendable based on satisfactory performance.
