SITUATION VACANT (Principal Position)

The Bahria Foundation invites applications from dynamic, qualified, and energetic male and female candidates for the administrative leadership position of Principal at the Bahria Foundation College, Lahore (Punjab).

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

  • Academic Qualification:

    • Master’s Degree in a Science discipline or English from an HEC-recognized national or international university.

    • Candidates possessing an M.Ed / B.Ed / EPM (Educational Planning and Management) degree will be given preference.

  • Professional Experience:

    • Total Experience: 08 to 12 years of overall teaching and school administration experience.

    • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 05 years of experience serving specifically as a Principal or Head of an educational institution is highly desirable.

  • Pay Package: Market-competitive and highly commensurate with the selected candidate's exact qualifications and depth of experience.
