Situation Vacant – Principal Position

The Bahria Foundation, an educational organization under the Pakistan Navy, invites applications from qualified, experienced, and competent male and female candidates for the position of Principal at:

?? Bahria Foundation College Sohaawa, District Jhelum

?? Qualification Requirements

Candidates must possess:

  • Master’s Degree in:
    • Science subjects OR
    • English
  • Additional qualifications preferred:
    • M.Ed (Master of Education)
    • B.Ed (Bachelor of Education)
    • EPM (Educational Planning & Management)
  • Degrees must be from an HEC-recognized national or international university

?? Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 12–15 years of teaching and/or administrative experience
  • At least 5 years of experience as:
    • Principal
    • Head of an educational institution (preferred/desirable)
