Principal – Army Public School & College (Junior Campus)

?? Sialkot Cantonment

Applications are invited from qualified, experienced, and dynamic candidates for the position of Principal at Army Public School & College Junior Campus, Sialkot Cantt. The appointment will be made on a contract basis for two years.

1. Position Overview

  • Post: Principal

  • Location: Sialkot Cantt

  • Contract Duration: 2 Years

2. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Master’s degree or higher (any discipline)

  • Additional qualifications such as:

    • M.Ed / B.Ed will be preferred

Age Limit

  • Maximum 55 years

Experience

  • Minimum 20 years of teaching/educational experience

  • At least 5 years of experience as Principal in a reputed institution

Health Requirements

  • Must be medically fit

  • No chronic health issues

  • Medical examination will be conducted upon selection

Professional Competencies

Candidates must demonstrate:

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills

  • Excellent administrative and managerial abilities

  • A progressive and optimistic approach

  • High social and interpersonal skills to lead effectively

  • Preference will be given to candidates with:

    • Training or qualifications in educational management

3. Salary & Benefits

Pay Package

  • Monthly Salary: Rs. 185,000 (current pay of Principal)

Accommodation

  • Married accommodation or House Rent Allowance (HRA)

Transport Facility

  • Official car (on demand within Sialkot Cantt only)
