Qualifications:

  • Education:
    MA / MSc (M.Phil, PhD will be given preference)
  • Experience:
    10 to 15 years of experience in educational institutions (Preference will be given to those with experience in teaching and policy formulation).

Age Requirement:

  • Maximum Age: 50 years or younger.

Health Requirements:

  • No chronic health issues.
  • A medical examination will be conducted after selection.

Leadership Skills:

  • Ability to motivate resources.
  • Ability to make decisions and formulate policies.

Other Requirements:

  • Experience in institutional development will be an advantage.
