VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

PRINCIPAL REQUIRED – GDA PUBLIC HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL, GWADAR

The Gwadar Development Authority (GDA) invites applications on open merit from dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Principal (BPS-20) at the GDA Public Higher Secondary School, Gwadar.
This appointment is on a contract basis for two (2) years, extendable on the basis of satisfactory performance.

Preference will be given to candidates belonging to Balochistan Province.

Position Details

Position Title: Principal (BPS-20)
Location: GDA Public Higher Secondary School, Gwadar
Nature of Employment: Contract (2 Years – Extendable)

Qualification

  • Master’s Degree (1st Division) in Management Sciences, Administrative Sciences, or Public Administration.

  • Preference will be given to candidates holding M.Phil, Ph.D., or Foreign Qualifications.

Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience.

  • Must include at least 6 years of educational administrative experience, preferably as a Principal or Head of Institute in any residential public school or cadet college.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong academic leadership and public relations abilities.

  • High level of English language proficiency (spoken and written).

Compensation Package

  • Lump Sum Salary: Rs. 250,000/- per month.

  • Official Vehicle: 1300cc car with driver.

  • Accommodation: Free, fully furnished 3-bedroom flat.

Age Limit

  • 45 to 63 years (as of closing date).
