Basic Eligibility Requirements

• Domicile: Punjab

• Age Limit (as of closing date):

  • Male: Up to 25 years

  • Female: Up to 28 years

• Educational Qualification:
  Minimum 16 years of education in any of the following or equivalent IT-related disciplines:

  • BCS

  • BBIT

  • BS Telecom

  • MBA (IT)

  • MCS

  • MSc (IT)

Salary Package

• Starting Salary: PKR 60,000 per month

• Probation Period: 03 months

• Salary Revision: Subject to successful completion of probation and performance evaluation

Application Procedure (Smart Recruitment Process)

1. Visit www.nts.org.pk or scan the QR Code provided in the advertisement

2. Complete the online application form

3. Generate and pay the test fee

4. Download Roll Number Slip and appear in the Computer-Based Test (CBT)

Important Application Guidelines

• Last Date to Apply: ?? 15 February 2026

• Test Fee: PKR 1,150 (to be paid within 15 days of advertisement publication through the generated e-challan)

• Police Record Certificate is mandatory at the application stage

• Roll Number Slips will be available on the NTS website at least one week prior to the test

• Candidates will also receive SMS alerts regarding test details

• Online portal closes at 11:59:59 PM on the last date

• The test will be conducted through Computer-Based Testing (CBT) by NTS

• Biometric verification will be carried out at the test center

• Provisional test results will be displayed immediately on screen after completion

General Information & Instructions

2. PSCA is expanding Smart City operations across Punjab, including (but not limited to):
   Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, Rawalpindi, Murree, Talagang, Lahore, Nankana Sahib, Layyah, Rajan Pur, Kot Adu, Taunsa, Chiniot, Gujrat, Mandi Bahauddin, and Wazirabad.
   Candidates from these districts are especially encouraged to apply.

3. Government employees must apply through proper channel.

4. Only candidates who qualify the NTS test will be called for interview.

5. Posting preferences will be recorded at the interview stage; however, this does not guarantee posting in the preferred district.

6. After completion of mandatory training, postings will preferably be made in or near home districts, subject to availability and operational requirements. PSCA reserves the right to post candidates anywhere in Punjab.

7. Appointments will be made on a contract basis under PSCA Service Regulations, 2017.

8. PSCA reserves the right to increase or decrease vacancies, reject applications, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.

9. A waiting list of successful candidates will remain valid for one (01) year and may be used against future vacancies.

10. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.

11. Any false information, impersonation, or document tampering will lead to immediate disqualification or termination and may result in legal action.
