Applications are invited from eligible candidates for posts of PHC Technicians MP/EPI
Vaccinators (BPS-12) purely on contract basis as per eligibility criteria mentioned below.

  • Matriculate with two-year Diploma in Health Technology
    (Multipurpose PHC in EPI) from training institute recognized by Faculty of Medical and Allied Sciences.
  • Should be aged between 18 to 30 years.
 

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Appointment will be made under project policy 2008.
2. Candidates already in Government service shall provide NOC of the concerned department at the time of interview.
3. All vacancies are purely on contract basis and selected candidates will be on probation for period of 03 months under the rules.
4. Candidates must submit application within 15 days after publication of this advertisement.
5. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing for Interview.
