1. Personal Secretary to Director

Total Positions: 01
Qualification: BA / MA
Experience & Skills Required:

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of professional experience, preferably in a multinational firm.

  • Proficient in shorthand with a typing speed of:

    • 40 words per minute (English)

    • 30 words per minute (Urdu)

  • Advanced proficiency in computer operations, including:

    • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    • InPage

  • Excellent skills in proofreading, drafting, and communication.

2. Transport Supervisor

Total Positions: 01
Qualification: Matric / FA / F.Sc
Experience & Skills Required:

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in managing:

    • Company vehicles maintenance and repair.

    • Document records like vehicle files, excise documents, token registers, etc.

  • Skilled in:

    • Inventory record maintenance and discrepancy reporting.

    • Day-to-day operations of the transport store and inventory management.

  • Preference: Retired personnel from the Pakistan Army in the role of MT Incharge.

  • Maximum Age Limit: 45 Years
