PATWARI/ TAPEDAR- Daharki, Sindh
Duties & Responsibilities:
Land acquisition and administration for oil and gas exploration/production operations.
• Conduct field surveys to verify land ownership and boundaries.
• Maintain accurate records of land ownership, leases, and agreements.
• Coordinate with local authorities, landowners, and community leaders.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
• Manage land-related documentation, including NOCs, permits, and licenses.
• Resolve land disputes and issues with stakeholders.
Conduct research and analysis on land-related matters.
Provide support for land acquisition, relinquishment, and merger processes.
Maintain liaison with government departments (Revenue, District Administration
Qualification:
• Patwar Course with Matriculation or equivalent qualification in Related Field,
• Preferably bachelor's degree in law, Business Administration.
• 2-3 years of experience in land administration, preferably in oil and gas industry.
• Knowledge of Sindh land revenue laws, rules, and regulations.
• Familiarity with local customs and land ownership structures.
• Knowledge of GIS mapping and land information systems will be a plus point
Familiarity with local Languages (Sidhi, Urdu).
