The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Limited (PSPC), a wholly owned subsidiary of the State Bank of Pakistan, operates as the nation’s sole banknote and prize bond production facility. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution or a foreign institution with HEC equivalence.
At least 60% marks (where applicable), or 2.5/4.0 or 3.0/5.0 CGPA (under GPA system).

For Management Trainees:

Eligible disciplines include (but are not limited to):

Accounting
Information Systems & Technology
Mathematics
Human Resource
Engineering (including ACCA, CA)

For Trainee Engineers:

Eligible disciplines include (but are not limited to):

Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering (PEC registration required)
Chemistry
Product Design
Fine Arts (Painting, Printmaking, Multimedia)

Note:

Candidates awaiting final results are not eligible.

HEC equivalence certificate must be provided at the time of interview for foreign degrees.

Age Limit

Maximum Age: 26 years as of the application deadline.
Age Relaxation:
- Additional 3 years for candidates from:
  - Ex-FATA
  - Gilgit Baltistan
  - Balochistan
  - Azad Kashmir
- Maximum 50 years for existing non-management employees of PSPC.

Pre-Induction Process

Selected candidates must complete the following before final appointment:

Medical assessment
Psychological and psychometric evaluation
Security clearance

Following this, candidates will undergo mandatory Applied Theoretical Training.

Compensation & Benefits

During Training:

Monthly stipend: Rs. 40,000

After Successful Completion:

Appointment as Assistant Manager (Officer Grade-I)
Monthly consolidated salary: Rs. 80,000
