CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Applications are invited for the following positions under the project titled "Establishment of Business Development and HR Support Unit, Pakistan Railways." Appointments will be made purely on a contract basis under the Project Pay Scale (PPS) system.

1. Security Expert (Investigations)

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Forensic Science or Criminology.
- All degrees must be recognized by PEC/HEC.
Experience/Details:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience, particularly in espionage and organized crime investigations.
- Proficiency in surveillance techniques, conducting background checks, and security risk assessments.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in federal investigation or intelligence agencies.
Place of Posting: Rawalpindi
Maximum Age Limit: 50 years
Pay Scale: PPS-07

2. Deputy Director (Customer Services)

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree.
- All degrees must be recognized by PEC/HEC.
Experience/Details:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in customer service, client relationship management, and performance coaching.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in sales, performance management, and conducting training workshops.
Place of Posting: Lahore
Maximum Age Limit: 50 years
Pay Scale: PPS-05

General Instructions:

Contract Terms: All appointments are purely on a contract basis for a period of two (2) years, extendable upon satisfactory performance on a yearly basis or up to the completion of the project.
Salary: As per the Standard Pay Package issued by the Finance Division (April 2022).
Experience Consideration: Only post-qualification experience will be considered.
Foreign Degrees: Candidates must provide an equivalency certificate issued by HEC/PEC.
Age Relaxation: Maximum age includes applicable age relaxations.
Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel with a departmental NOC.
Forgery Clause: Submission of forged/false documents will lead to disqualification and legal action.
