📢 MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAMME 2025

The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC), a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan, is engaged in the exploration, mining, and marketing of various minerals.

As part of its initiative for capacity building of young professionals, PMDC is offering a one-year on-the-job Management Trainee Programme through a contractual training engagement.

❗ Note: This program does not constitute an employer-employee relationship. Completion of the training does not guarantee permanent employment with PMDC.

📌 Eligibility Criteria

  • Must possess domicile of Baluchistan.

  • At least one qualification – Matric or FSc – must be from Baluchistan.

  • Applicants must have graduated in 2024.

  • Open Merit-based Selection.

  • Applicants should apply in relevant disciplines as mentioned below.

📝 Selection Process

  • Written Test and Interview are mandatory.

  • Merit-based selection with the following weightage:

    • 30%: Academic Qualification

    • 40%: Test Performance

    • 30%: Interview Assessment

💸 Stipend

  • A monthly stipend of PKR 80,000/- will be paid to the selected trainees.

📂 Application Guidelines

  1. Only complete applications submitted before the deadline will be entertained.

  2. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for tests/interviews.

  4. No TA/DA will be provided.

  5. Last date to apply: 04 June 2025
