QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE & SKILLS JOB SPECIFICATIONS AGE	Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, Minimum 25 years in Construction industry with at least 07 years in Airport projects. Should have command on FIDIC Contracts for Civil (Fourth Edition) and E&M (Third Edition) as prescribed by PEC with drafting skills Familiarity with Contract Act 1872 Review bidding documents and contract documents Monitor the project activities according to PCAA. rules and regulations, planning commission guidelines, PPRA. rules, and Government Audit requirements Guide the relevant project management units relating to the contractual matters and proactively highlight anomalies for rectification If required, act as Project(s) Manager/Project(s) Director Maximum 57 years of age (including all age relaxations)

QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE& SKILLS JOB SPECIFICATIONS AGE	Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University Preference shall be given to candidates having Masters Degree in Civil Engineering Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council Minimum 20 years of Experience with at least 05 years' experience related to design and construction of Airport related projects Well versed with PCAA, ICAO/FAA guidelines, Planning Commission Guidelines and procedures Overall, in charge of Project Monitoring cell. Review the project documents, including technical reports and PC-1 Design Review of Airport Infrastructure & Pavement Structures Specification Review of building structures, pavements & building systems. Development of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) SOPs Coordination with Project Directors, Consultants and Contractors Time to time Site Visits for monitoring Projects and submission of reports for PCAA Headquarters Maximum 50 years of age (including all age relaxations)

TATIFICATION EXPERIENCE& SKILLS JOB SPECIFICATIONS AG17	Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University Preference shall be given to candidates having Masters Degree in Civil Engineering Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council Minimum 10 years' experience in Construction Industry. Should be well versed with FIDIC contracts with minimum 5 years experience as Contracts Engineer Preparation of Project PC-I's. Preparation of Building/Contract Documents. Coordination with Design Consultants for communicating information related to preparation of Bidding/Contract Documents. Review of the Bidding/Contract Documents as per PPRA & PEC. QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE& SKILLS JOB SPECIFICATIONS AGE	Minimum 16 years degree in in Electronics / IT / Engineering Management from HEC recognized University Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (where applicable) Minimum 05 years' experience in the field of IT/ Networking/ Voice Support. Working experience of PSDP Project coordination. Investigating faults in the networks of existing Airports Procuring network equipment and managing Subcontractors involved with network installation Reporting network issues to key stakeholders/ related departments Can plan future expansions of IT infrastructures at Airports Act as a focal person for P&D to coordinate IT/ networking issues with other stakeholders Maximum 50 years of age (including all age relaxations)

QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE 8t SKILLS JOB SPECIFICATIONS Age:	DAE (Civil) Minimum 15 years experience in construction projects related to pavements, buildings and infrastructure Professional Skills with practical knowledge of soil, concrete, asphalt & construction materials testing procedures as per ASTM Standards Experience of Airport / Infrastructure Projects especially Airside Pavements shall be preferred Strong working knowledge of material testing for approval of construction materials Gauge the construction quality with the defined FAA standards To perform testing to undertake quality Audit of the construction site laboratories Perform technical measures to address quality issues Knowledge of soil, concrete & asphalt testing with mix design of concrete & asphalt Assess the standard and working of construction plant and machinery and ensure compliance to specifications Checking the soil, concrete & asphalt testing and keeping the documentation and implementation of all quality control procedures, to check its compliance to specifications Maximum 50 years of age (including all age relaxations)

Appointment will be subject to CAA's medical fitness standards.
Selected candidates will be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan as per requirement of CAA
Government servants / employees of autonomous bodies / corporations will be required to submit NOC from current employer before interview.
Misinformation and any attempt to influence the selection process will be considered as a definite disqualification for current as well as future recruitment in CAA, even if the candidate is otherwise
