Position Title:

Chief Internal Auditor (CIA)

Organization Overview:

Pak China Investment Company Limited (PCICL) is a joint venture Development Financial Institution (DFI), established through a bilateral agreement between:

Government of Pakistan (via Ministry of Finance)
People's Republic of China (via China Development Bank)

PCICL plays a key role in financing strategic development initiatives and fostering economic collaboration between the two nations.

Role Summary:

The Chief Internal Auditor (CIA) will head the Internal Audit Function and report directly to the Board Audit Committee. The incumbent will be responsible for:

Leading the Internal Audit Department in line with SBP guidelines
Developing, updating, and implementing the Internal Audit Charter and Strategy
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, including:
- At least 5 years in audit within financial institutions
Professional Certification (any one of the following):
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP)
- Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP)
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
- Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA)
Preferred: Prior experience in a DFI or banking sector
