CAREER OPPORTUNITY

Sialkot Waste Management Company (SWMC) has been established with a vision to modernize the solid waste management system in the city. Terms & Conditions:

  1. Walk-In Interview: Scheduled for April 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Sialkot Waste Management Company Head Office.

  2. Temporary Basis: All Daily Wages vacancies are purely temporary. Candidates cannot claim permanent employment.

  3. Contract Duration: Selected candidates will be hired for 89 days only.

  4. Termination: Candidates can be removed from employment without any notice.

  5. Salary Structure: As per the Punjab Government's prescribed wage rate schedule.

  6. No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance will be provided.

  7. Medical Fitness: Candidates must be physically and mentally fit (Medical Certificate from a Government Hospital required).

  8. Document Verification: Candidates must present original documents (CNIC, Degrees, Experience Certificate, etc.) along with a set of attested copies at the time of the interview.

  9. Recruitment Rights: The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning a reason.

  10. Alteration of Criteria: The Competent Authority can modify the recruitment criteria (Qualification, Age, Experience) in special cases.

  11. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
