SITUATION VACANT

Applications are invited for the position of Principal (Female) at OPF Public School, Gujrat, a project of Overseas Pakistanis Foundation. The appointment will be on a contractual basis.

Position Details

  • Post Title: Principal (Female)

  • Pay Package: Rs. 70,000 – 75,000 per month (all-inclusive)

  • Nature of Employment: Contractual (Initial term of 2 years, extendable based on performance)

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Education:

    • Master’s degree in Arts or Science (minimum 2nd Division)

    • B.Ed / M.Ed / Master's in Education from an HEC-recognized institution

    • Higher qualification will be preferred

  • Experience:

    • Minimum five (05) years post-qualification experience as:

      • Principal

      • Vice Principal

      • Head Mistress
        (In a reputable English Medium Secondary School)

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills

    • Strong public relations and interpersonal abilities

    • Capability to manage active and effective communication with:

      • Students

      • Parents

      • General public

      • Media

  • Age Limit: Up to 55 years
