The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) intends to invites applications from suitable candidates against the following positions:

Position Qualification & Experience
Oil Supply Chain/ Logistic Adviser Master/Bachelor degree in Engineering/Finance/Economics/Accounts from HEC recognized
University or abroad and registered with relevant academic council where required with at least 15 years of minimum relevant post qualification experience at higher positions in Oil Industry in Public/Private sectors. Experience in Pakistan's Oil Supply Chain and knowledge of matters related thereto is desired.
Refineries
Adviser		 Master/Bachelor degree in Chemical/Petroleum/Mechanical Engineering from HEC recognized
University or abroad and registered with relevant academic council where required with at least 20 years of minimum relevant post qualification multidisciplinary experience at higher positions in Local & International Refineries, experience of Complex Refineries and Allied Operations, experience of Debottlenecking and Efficiency Improvement of Refineries. Refinery Economics. Downstream Petroleum Technologies, Oil Marketing and Environmental Studies.
LNG Adviser Master/Bachelor degree in Engineering i.e Petroleum/Chemical/ Mechanical or relevant field from HEC recognized University or abroad and registered with relevant academic council where required with at least 15 years of minimum relevant post qualification multidisciplinary experience in LNG Technical Standards, Regulatory Compliance, Operations & Maintenance. Market Dynamics.
CNG Adviser Master/Bachelor degree in Engineering i.e Petroleum/Chemical/ Mechanical or relevant field from HEC recognized University or abroad and registered with relevant academic council where required with at least 15 years of minimum relevant post qualification multidisciplinary experience in CNG Technical Standards, Regulatory Compliance, Operations & Maintenance, Market Dynamics.
LPG Adviser Master/Bachelor degree in Engineering i.e Petroleum/Chemical/ Mechanical or relevant field from HEC recognized University or abroad and registered with relevant academic council where required with at least 15 years of minimum relevant post qualification multidisciplinary experience in LPG Technical Standards, Regulatory Compliance, Operations & Maintenance, Market Dynamics.
UFG Adviser Master/Bachelor degree in Engineering i.e Petroleum/Chemical/ Mechanical or relevant field from HEC recognized University or abroad and registered with relevant academic council where required with at least 15 years of minimum relevant post qualification multidisciplinary experience in UFG Technical Standards, Regulatory Compliance, Operations & Maintenance. Market Dynamics.
Finance (Tariff)
Adviser		 ACA/ACMA from HEC recognized University/Institute in Pakistan or abroad and registered with relevant academic council with 15 years of minimum relevant post qualification experience in relevant field.
 
  1. Contract Term: 3 years on fixed lump sum monthly emoluments of Rs. 500,000/- to Rs. 800,000/- to be decided by the Authority on the basis of qualification & experience.
  2. Most suitable shortlisted candidates will be intimated/ invited for interviews, and selection will be purely on merit.
  3. No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates for interview.
  4. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any application/scrap this process without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
