Manager Corporate,Manager Litigation,Manager Energy Contracts Jobs 2021 in National Transmission and Despatch Company Limited in Islamabad

National Transmission and Despatch Company Limited (NTDC) is a public limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2017. The Company is looking for high caliber and experienced individuals for the following positions, on contract basis:

1	Manager Corporate & Regulatory Affairs	Minimum Bachelor degree in Law. Candidates possessing higher qualification i.e., Master in Law OR Barrister at Law will be preferred. 12 years post qualification experience including at least 3 years practice of High Court. Minimum 3 years experience in dealing with the matters related to corporate and power sector regulator, tax authorities and other government bodies in a reputed organization. Knowledge of Laws dealing with the electricity sector will be added advantage.	45 years
2	Manager Litigation	Minimum Bachelor degree in Law. Candidates possessing higher qualification i.e., Master in Law OR Barrister at Law will be preferred. 12 years post qualification experience including at least 3 years practice of High Court. Minimum 3 years' experience of dealing with the matters related to litigations and arbitrations in a reputed organization. Knowledge of Laws dealing with the electricity sector will be added advantage.	45 years
3	Manager Energy Contracts	Minimum Bachelor degree in Law. Candidates possessing higher qualification i.e., Master in Law OR Barrister at Law will be preferred. 12 years post qualification experience including at least 3 years practice of High Court. Minimum 3 years' experience in negotiating, drafting and/or vetting of various kinds of agreements, deeds and instruments etc. in a reputed organization. Knowledge of Laws dealing with the electricity sector will be added advantage.	45 years

Tenure & Remuneration

Selected candidate(s) will be offered a contract for three years, extendable by mutual consent.
A market-based remuneration package will be offered commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience.
