1. Dean – Nowshera Medical College (NMC)

• Contract Duration: 05 Years (Extendable based on annual performance)

• Salary: Market-based competitive package
  Qualification:

• Ph.D. or Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)

• Higher diploma such as FCPS, FRCP, FRCS, US Board Certification, or PMC Level-III equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum 07 years in administrative leadership roles (head of department, unit, program, or institution)

• Strong record in teaching, medical education, and research

2. Hospital Director – QHAMC, Nowshera

• Contract Duration: 05 Years (Extendable based on annual performance)

• Salary: Market-based competitive package
  Qualification:

• Master’s Degree in Hospital/Health Services/Business/Public Health/Public Administration or equivalent relevant field

Experience:

• At least 07 years of management experience in a major hospital or health institution

3. Medical Director – QHAMC, Nowshera

• Contract Duration: 05 Years (Extendable based on annual performance)

• Salary: Market-based competitive package
  Qualification:

• Recognized Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)

• Higher diploma (FCPS, FRCP, FRCS, US Board Certification or PMC Level-III)

Experience:

• Minimum 03 years leading major hospital clinical units across disciplines such as medicine, surgery, pediatrics, gynecology, radiology, pathology, etc.

4. Director Finance – MTI Nowshera

• Contract Duration: 03 Years (Extendable based on annual performance)

• Salary: Market-based competitive package
  Qualification:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 05 years post-qualification experience in finance/accounts in a major institution
  OR

• ICMAP-certified or Master’s in Finance/Accounts with 08 years of relevant experience

5. Nursing Director – MTI Nowshera

• Contract Duration: 05 Years (Extendable based on annual performance)

• Salary: Market-based competitive package
  Qualification:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with advanced nursing degree (BScN; preferably MScN or MA in Nursing)

• Current Nursing Council Registration

Experience:

• At least 07 years of administrative and teaching experience in a reputable healthcare facility
