Job Descriptions & Requirements

Professor / Consultant

  • Qualification: PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in chip design, tape-out, and leadership roles.

  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking.

    • Excellent communication, reporting, and mentoring capabilities.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with academia and industry to achieve excellence in chip design.

    • Lead advanced research and high-end chip design projects.

    • Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation.

Associate Professor

  • Qualification: PhD in a relevant engineering discipline.

  • Experience: At least 7 years (preferably with leadership and research roles).

  • Responsibilities:

    • Promote chip design excellence.

    • Lead curriculum development and training programs.

    • Execute and oversee chip design projects.

Assistant Professor

  • Qualification: MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or relevant discipline.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years (for MS holders).

  • Responsibilities:

    • Assist in building a robust training ecosystem for chip design.

    • Carry out research and design projects.

    • Collaborate with team to meet NCDC objectives.

General Supervisor

  • Qualification: Diploma or FA/FSc.

  • Experience: 1–2 years in office/technical support.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Manage duties of office boys, janitors, and security staff.

    • Handle logistics, maintenance requests, and inventory.

    • Support daily office operations.

Support Staff

  • Qualification: Minimum FA/FSc/Diploma.

  • Experience: 1–2 years in a relevant role.

  • Skills:

    • Good communication and organizational skills.

    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Assist with document filing and supply management.

    • Organize workspace and meeting rooms.

    • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier tasks.
