Strategic Policy Planning Cell (SPPC)

The Strategic Policy Planning Cell (SPPC), part of the National Security Division, Government of Pakistan, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the following positions under the MP Scales:
Expertise Background:
International law and national security.
Policy research, treaty analysis, and legal advisory roles in governmental or intergovernmental organizations.
Qualification:
Ph.D. or equivalent, or
Master's/MPhil with 18 years of education from HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
Experience in government or policy institutions is required.
Expertise Background:
Traditional national security issues, policy planning, and international relations.
Strong academic and policy-oriented research background.
Qualification:
Ph.D. in International Relations or relevant field, or
Master’s/MPhil (18 years of education) from HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
Expertise Background:
Demonstrated experience in government policy formulation and security-related research.
Qualification:
Ph.D. or Master’s/MPhil with 18 years of education from HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
Expertise Background:
Public policy, economic policy, climate security, and other non-traditional security challenges.
Qualification:
Ph.D. or Master’s/MPhil with 18 years of education from HEC-recognized university in Public Policy, Development Economics, Political Economy, etc.
Experience:
Minimum 8–12 years in the relevant field.
Expertise Background:
Research and policy analysis related to national security, strategic studies, and implementation.
Qualification:
Ph.D. or Master’s/MPhil with 18 years of education from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience.
Expertise Background:
Expertise in international law, treaty negotiations, human security, law of war, etc.
Qualification:
Ph.D. in Law or
LLM with minimum 18 years of education from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
3 years (Ph.D.) or 15 years (LLM) of relevant experience.
