at DHQ Hospital Sargodha with the following detail:

POST: Treatment Coordinator

Duty Station: PMDT Site OHO Hospital Sargodha
QUALIFICATION: Graduate
DOMICILE: Sargodha
SALARY: Rs. 28,450 per month
JOB DESCRIPTION & EXPERIENCE:

Responsible for contact screening, implementation of infection control measures & retrieval of missed/lost to follow-up patient(s) by home visits. 2-3 years experience in Health/Social Sector will be preferred. Experience in TB Control Program will be preferred. Computer skills particularly working on MS office are desired.

POST: Lab Attendant

Duty Station: PMDT Site OHO Hospital Sargodha
QUALIFICATION: Intermediate (FSc. Preferable)
DOMICILE: Sargodha
Salary: Rs. 25,000 per month
J0B DESCRIPTION & EXPERIENCE:

Responsible for lab investigations and maintenance of Lab Records of DR-TB Patients as per national guidelines. 1-2 years experience in relevant field will be preferred.
