Hiring Objective:
In alignment with its strategic goals, the bank is looking for talented, dedicated, and experienced professionals for key positions in the Aitemaad Islamic Banking segment.
Reporting to: Unit Head Corporate
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Graduation in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Commerce (HEC recognized)
Preference for Master’s degree and/or Islamic Banking diploma (e.g., NIBAF)
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in corporate banking as Relationship Manager – Assets
Preferably experienced in financial analysis (Balance Sheet, P&L, etc.)
Skills & Knowledge:
People and portfolio management
Strong financial analysis and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Sound understanding of Islamic banking
Strong negotiation and multitasking abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Grow and manage corporate asset portfolio
Acquire new corporate clients and maintain relationships
Develop structured products and ensure cross-selling
Prepare accurate credit proposals and analyze risk
Ensure compliance with SBP, internal, and Shariah regulations
Assist in audits and documentation
Reduce NPLs and manage DAC issuance
Generate regular MIS reports and support business planning

Educational Qualification:
Minimum Graduation (HEC recognized)
Preference for candidates with Commerce degrees or Islamic Banking diplomas
Experience:
Minimum 4 years in branch banking, including 2 years as Branch Manager
Preferably with Islamic banking background
Skills & Knowledge:
Comprehensive understanding of branch operations, AML/CFT, and SBP PRs
Strong leadership, audit handling, and target achievement focus
Excellent customer service, communication, and analytical skills
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full branch operations and staff performance
Achieve business targets through marketing Islamic banking products
Meet ETB/NTB clients and expand customer base
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls
Drive branch productivity, training, and service excellence
Manage credit portfolios and support new product launches
Handle branch audits, complaints, and maintain records

Reporting to: Branch Operations Manager

Experience:
Minimum 1 year in relevant banking operations
Skills & Knowledge:
Operational banking procedures and SBP regulations
Time management and customer handling
Strong MS Office proficiency
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily branch operations and ensure regulatory compliance
Perform account opening, transaction verification, and service delivery
Monitor cash vault, ATM balancing, GL heads, suspense accounts
Resolve customer queries and maintain service standards
Prepare periodic reports, handle budgetary provisions, and control fraud risks
Support audit compliance and maintain documentation
Assist in internal coordination and perform any assigned tasks
