In line with its strategic objectives, the Bank is seeking talented, dedicated, and experienced professionals for the International, Financial Institutions & Remittances Group, based in Karachi.
Reporting to:
Wing Head, Governance and Control Division
Educational/Professional Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international institute.
Preference will be given to candidates with degrees in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or relevant certifications.
Experience:
Minimum 6 years in banking and/or financial sector.
At least 3 years of core experience in credit portfolio management.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office
In-depth knowledge of banking operations, SBP regulations, and banking laws
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
Team-oriented, result-driven approach
Key Responsibilities:
Process credit proposals for new, renewal, and restructuring cases, including classified accounts
Ensure compliance with domestic and international credit-related rules and regulations
Conduct monthly/quarterly reviews of overseas operations to assess asset quality and loan portfolio
Oversee credit performance reports, respond to internal queries, and assist data sharing with CRMG & ARG
Manage NPL tracking and monthly MIS reporting for remedial action
Supervise delinquent/default borrower follow-ups and legal procedures if necessary
Archive records and perform any tasks assigned by supervisors

Wing Head, FI Credit Processing & MIS
Educational/Professional Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international institute.
Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, and relevant certifications.
Experience:
Minimum 6 years in banking and/or financial sector
At least 3 years in FI Relationship Management, Credit Analysis, or a similar role
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in financial analysis techniques and credit risk assessment
Ability to present complex financial data clearly
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities:
Process credit limits for FIs/NBFCs based on business needs of domestic/overseas units and treasury
Conduct regular credit reviews and apply obligor risk rating models
Maintain peer bank analysis to assess financial strengths and weaknesses
Accurately update credit files and records
Support Domestic/Overseas Networks and other business groups with credit-related matters
Allocate approved limits to concerned units (T&CMG, CIBG, etc.)
Liaise with Compliance, Treasury, Risk Management, and Secretary Board for credit line processing
Improve internal credit processes in line with SBP regulations
Assist Wing Head with ongoing projects and audits
Handle any other tasks assigned by the Divisional Head
