Location: Head Office, Karachi
Reporting to: President & CEO
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Economics, or equivalent from a HEC-recognized local or international university/institute.
Preference for candidates with CRA certification or relevant specialization in Islamic Banking / Finance.
Minimum 22 years of banking/financial sector experience.
Proven track record in leading Special Assets Management, Corporate Credit Risk, Collections & Recovery, or related functions.
At least 10 years in a senior leadership role, managing large teams and strategic portfolios.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent credit assessment and financial analysis skills.
Deep understanding of credit asset products, banking regulations, SBP prudential regulations, and legal frameworks.
Familiarity with both Conventional and Islamic banking practices.
Strategic thinking and high-level decision-making capability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Lead and implement strategies for Special Assets Management in line with the bank’s business objectives.
Provide leadership and oversight for teams handling NPLs, recoveries, and restructuring cases.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Liaise with senior management, regulators, legal entities, and other stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze the performance of stressed assets and develop long-term improvement plans.
Engage with external agencies for litigation and auction processes when necessary.
Locations: Karachi West, Muzaffarabad (AJK), Peshawar, Rawalakot
Reporting to: Head – Credit Risk Management
Minimum graduation or equivalent from a HEC-recognized local/international university.
Preference for candidates with Accounting/Finance backgrounds.
At least 6 years of banking experience with at least 3 years in SME/Commercial/Agri credit processing, credit approval, or relationship management.
Credit and financial analysis skills.
Knowledge of SME, Commercial, and Corporate financing products.
Familiarity with SBP Prudential Regulations.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Review and approve credit proposals within delegated authority.
Recommend proposals beyond approval limit to higher authority.
Monitor borrower accounts and identify early warning signals.
Coordinate with business groups to improve credit quality.
Ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures.
Engage with branches for smooth credit operations and portfolio monitoring.
Location: Karachi West
Reporting to: Regional Executive Credit
Minimum graduation or equivalent (preferably in Finance/Accounting) from HEC-recognized university/institute.
At least 4 years of banking experience in Corporate/Commercial banking or credit roles.
Strong financial statement and credit analysis capabilities.
Knowledge of SME, Commercial, and Corporate products.
Familiarity with SBP regulations and legal documentation processes.
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Assist in reviewing and approving structured loans and settlements.
Monitor borrower performance and initiate remedial actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with internal audit and credit risk procedures.
Support regional management in achieving credit and business targets.
Coordinate with legal departments on litigation and auction cases.
Contractual basis for a period of three (03) years, renewable based on performance.
