🔹 1. Unit Head - Systems Administration (Windows) (AVP/VP)

Location: Karachi
Department: Microsoft Administration & Systems Support
Reporting To: Not specified

Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.

  • Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science from HEC-recognized institutions is preferable.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware) will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years in IT infrastructure, including at least 2 years in supervisory roles.

  • Experience in Microsoft Systems Administration, Active Directory, and IT Infrastructure Operations.

  • Experience in managing large-scale deployments and virtualization environments (Microsoft Hyper-V/VMware).

Skills and Expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure and Active Directory.

  • Proficient in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, LDAP.

  • Basic scripting (PowerShell).

  • High availability, clustering, Exchange (2016+), SQL Server (2016+), SharePoint.

  • Setup/configuration of third-party management tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure, monitor performance, perform routine diagnostics and backups.

  • Configure user accounts, implement domain security policies.

  • Administer Exchange, AD, SQL Server, and SharePoint environments.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors, ensure compliance with infrastructure standards.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and improvements in Microsoft technologies.


🔹 2. IT PMO Officer (OG-I / OG-II)

Location: Karachi / Islamabad
Department: Project Management Office
Reporting To: Unit Head - PMO

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science from HEC-recognized institution.

  • PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, including 1 year in project management or coordination roles.

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Knowledge of PMO frameworks, reporting dashboards, performance metrics.

  • Proficient in MS Office and project automation tools.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing PMO methodologies, guidelines, and tools.

  • Develop dashboards, templates, and toolkits.

  • Monitor project progress, generate reports, ensure process improvement.

  • Identify team training needs and support efficient service delivery.


🔹 3. Treasury Officer (OG-II)

Location: Karachi
Department: Treasury & Capital Markets
Reporting To: Wing Head

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduation in relevant field from HEC-recognized university.

  • Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics or certifications like CFA, CA, ACCA, CIMA preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year in Treasury, Corporate or Branch Banking.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Knowledge of financial instruments, treasury products, market trends.

  • Understanding of macro-economic indicators.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of trading activities in FX, money markets, fixed income, etc.

  • Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and prepare management reports.

  • Support treasury system improvements and reporting processes.


🔹 4. Wing Head – Administration (VP/SVP)

Location: Karachi
Department: Human Resource Management
Reporting To: Divisional Head – LED

Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduation from HEC-recognized university.

  • Preference for candidates with Master’s degree and professional certifications.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years in Learning & Development or HR Administration.

  • Experience in large-scale organizations or training firms preferred.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Knowledge of L&D strategies and market trends.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA), coordinate training calendars, manage induction courses.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including auditors and regulators.

  • Handle welfare matters and assist in budgeting and reporting.

  • Oversee logistics and budget compliance of the division.
