Reporting To: Wing Head - Stores & Stationeries
Place of Posting: Karachi
Qualifications:
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international institution
Preference given to candidates with a Master’s degree and/or relevant diploma/certification(s)
Experience:
At least 6 years of experience in store management, inventory control, and/or stationery procurement
Preference for candidates with supervisory or managerial experience
Skills/Expertise:
Strong administrative, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Effective communication, time-management, and task-prioritization
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations aligned with organizational goals
Manage procurement and distribution of general/printed stationery across branches
Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy through reviews and reconciliations
Enforce standardized labeling and inventory practices
Analyze stock trends, prepare inventory reports, and manage vendor relations
Coordinate audits and supervise budget planning and compliance
Ensure stationery standardization and accurate procurement documentation
Reporting To: Department Head - Tender
Place of Posting: Karachi
Qualifications:
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from HEC-recognized local or international institution
Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications preferred
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in centralized procurement within banks, MNCs, conglomerates, or public sector organizations
Familiarity with PPRA rules preferred
Skills/Expertise:
Knowledge of expense/vendor management
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong interpersonal, administrative, and analytical skills
Training in EPADS or other public procurement platforms is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in procurement of general items and office equipment as per Bank’s procedures
Ensure procurement compliance with PPRA rules and transparency in processes
Manage vendor participation, handle grievances, and support procurement committees
Maintain procurement documentation, process approvals, and manage audits
Reporting To: Department Head - Quotation
Place of Posting: Karachi, Lahore
Qualifications:
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from HEC-recognized institution
Master’s degree and/or relevant certification preferred
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in centralized procurement within banks, MNCs, conglomerates, or public sector
Experience with PPRA rules preferred
Skills/Expertise:
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills
Familiarity with EPADS preferred
MS Office proficiency
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in public procurement planning and execution
Develop and post RFQs, and manage timely equipment delivery
Ensure documentation for compliance, process approvals, and supplier payments
Reporting To: Department Head - Tender
Place of Posting: Karachi, Lahore
Qualifications:
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from HEC-recognized institution
Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications preferred
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in centralized procurement functions
Tender-based procurement experience under PPRA rules preferred
Skills/Expertise:
Strong understanding of tendering and vendor management
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with EPADS
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in public procurement strategy, tender document development, and demand planning
Organize bid-opening meetings and ensure compliance with all relevant rules
Manage documentation for audit purposes and process supplier payments

The employment is contractual for 3 years, extendable at the discretion of the Management.
