1. Unit Head – CBA Business Analysis (VP/SVP)

Department: Business Analysis
Education Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent from a local or international university/institute recognized by HEC.

Experience:

• Proven expertise as a Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of core banking systems and FIS Phoenix is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ADC channels and organizational web-based communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the business analysis unit and provide insights on changes and improvements.
• Collaborate with the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure all business needs are met.
• Manage system changes and transformations with minimal disruption.
• Ensure business implications are fully considered during any technological changes.
• Perform any other tasks as required by the department.

2. Senior Business Analyst – Banking (AVP/VP)

Department: Business Development
Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:
