Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals for the following position to be filled on a regular basis:

Position: Naib Qasid (BPS-01)
Eligibility:

  • Matric in at least 2nd Division or Literate with five years relevant experience.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Applicants must apply on the prescribed Application Form available at the University’s website: www.uad.edu.pk or can be obtained from the office of the Registrar, University of Agriculture, D.I. Khan.
  2. The detailed Bio-data, along with attested/verified photocopies of all DMCs, Degrees, and Certificates, CNIC, Experience Certificates, and two recent passport-sized photographs, must be attached with the Application Form.
  3. An Application Processing Fee (Non-Refundable) of Rs. 1000/- for the post must be deposited in any branch of Bank of Khyber Limited in Account No. 3003771977, Branch (0129) or can be deposited in the form of a Bank draft in favor of the Treasurer, University of Agriculture, D.I. Khan.
  4. The original fee deposit slip must be attached with the application form. Applications without the correct fee deposit slip will not be processed.
  5. Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Institutions must apply through the proper channel; otherwise, their applications will not be considered.
  6. Only eligible shortlisted candidates will be called for the Test/Interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for Test/Interview, and original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.
  7. The University will not be held responsible for the non-receipt or late receipt of Call Letters for the Test/Interview, and the issue should be taken up with the concerned courier service.
  8. Age limits will be strictly followed as per the University statutes.
  9. The University reserves the right to increase/decrease/withhold or not to fill the advertised position.
  10. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
  11. Territorial Jurisdiction/Limits (D.I. Khan & Bannu Divisions) as notified by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from time to time under Section 4 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Universities Act, 2012 shall apply.
  12. All reserved quotas will be observed as applicable. In the case of a special person, the candidate must produce a Disability Certificate from the relevant Office.
  13. Applications should reach the office of the Registrar at the address below by January 20, 2025.
  14. Errors and omissions, if any, will be rectified by the University.
