Applications Invited

Applications are invited on plain paper from eligible and permanent residents of Mardan Division (District Mardan and District Swabi) for the following vacant posts. Applications must be sent via post/courier and should be received by the undersigned within thirty (30) days of publication during office hours.

Terms & Conditions

These vacancies will be filled strictly on merit and only by candidates having domicile of District Mardan or District Swabi.

The applicant must clearly mention their district, the post applied for, contact number, WhatsApp number, and full address in the application.

Government employees must apply through proper channel with NOC from their respective department.

Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will be rejected without any right of appeal.

Previously submitted applications will also not be considered.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

Candidates must bring original CNIC and academic documents on the day of the test/interview.

Selection will be based on performance in test/interview, conducted by a designated technical committee.

No TA/DA will be given to candidates appearing for test/interview.

Age will be calculated as of the last date for submission of applications.

Age relaxation will be granted as per government policy.

If any false information is found in the application, legal action will be taken against the candidate.

If recruitment policies change after this advertisement due to government instructions, the authority will act accordingly.

The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or postpone the recruitment process at any stage.

Upon selection, documents will be verified from concerned institutions at the candidate’s own expense.

The selected candidates may be posted at any district office of the Department of Agricultural Engineering, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and will be required to serve for a minimum of two years.

The number of posts may be increased or decreased at any stage.
