Situation Vacant

Applications are invited to fill the following positions under the PSDP-funded project titled "Prime Minister’s Program for Prevention and Control of Diabetes Mellitus", Ministry of NHSR&C, Islamabad. Appointments will be on a contract basis for an initial period of two (2) years or till the completion of the project, whichever is earlier.

Available Positions

  1. Project Director

    • Grade: PPS-10 / BPS-20

    • No. of Posts: 01

    • Age Limit: 45–55 Years

    • Qualification & Experience:
      MBBS or Master’s in Public Health with 10 years of post-qualification experience in project management. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in health-related PSDP projects.

  2. Finance Manager

    • Grade: PPS-9 / BPS-19

    • Age Limit: 40–50 Years

    • Qualification & Experience:
      MBA (Finance) with 10 years of post-qualification experience, especially in financial management of PSDP projects.

  3. Procurement Manager

    • Grade: PPS-9 / BPS-19

    • Age Limit: 40–50 Years

    • Qualification & Experience:
      MBA (Finance) with 10 years of post-qualification experience in procurement management for PSDP projects.

  4. Communication Specialist

    • Grade: PPS-9 / BPS-19

    • Age Limit: 40–50 Years

    • Qualification & Experience:
      Master’s in Mass Communication with 10 years of hands-on experience in developing project communication strategies. Preference will be given to those with experience in health-related PSDP projects.

  5. Data Assistant

    • Grade: PPS-7 / BPS-17

    • Age Limit: 25–35 Years

    • Qualification & Experience:
      Master’s in Statistics or MIS with 8 years of experience in data analysis and management. Preference for candidates with PSDP project experience.

  6. Training and Treatment Coordinator

    • Grade: PPS-7 / BPS-17

    • Age Limit: 35–45 Years

    • Qualification & Experience:
      Master’s in Public Health with 8 years of experience in organizing events or training, preferably in the health sector.

  7. Admin Officer

    • Grade: PPS-7 / BPS-17

    • Age Limit: 25–35 Years

    • Qualification & Experience:
      MBA with 8 years of post-qualification experience in financial and administrative matters within reputable organizations.

  8. Office Assistant

    • Grade: PPS-5 / BPS-14-15

    • Age Limit: 25–35 Years

    • Qualification & Experience:
      Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of working experience as an office assistant, preferably in PSDP projects.

  9. Office Boy

    • Grade: PPS-1 / BPS-1-4

    • Age Limit: 20–30 Years

    • Qualification & Experience:
      Matric with 3 years of experience as an office boy.

Quota

  • Regional/Provincial Quota: As per government rules

  • Merit-Based Selection
