POSITIONS VACANT

Applications are invited to fill the following 06 positions at the Isolation Hospital and Infections Treatment Centre (IHITC), Chak Shahzad, Islamabad. These appointments will be made on a contract basis for 01 year (extendable or until project completion, whichever is earlier).

1. Consultant – Monitoring & Evaluation

• Pay Package: PPS-10

• No. of Posts: 01

• Age Limit: 35 to 55 years

• Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s in Public Administration, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

• Experience:

  • 10+ years in leadership/directorial roles

  • Proven experience in brand development, marketing, and advertising

  • Expertise in managing nationwide projects and media relations

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Strategic thinking and successful CSR project implementation

2. Consultant – Admin Coordinator

• Pay Package: PPS-10

• No. of Posts: 01

• Age Limit: 35 to 55 years

• Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, or Pharmaceutical Sciences

• Experience:

  • 8–10 years in operations, banking, finance, or pharmaceutical industry

  • Skilled in budgeting, fund management, cost control, and compliance

  • Experience with pharmaceutical procurement and supply chain management

  • Strong community awareness, coordination, and crisis management abilities

3. Admin Officer

• Pay Package: PPS-07

• No. of Posts: 01

• Age Limit: 35 to 55 years

• Qualifications:

  • 16 years of education from HEC-recognized university in Public/Business Administration, Project Management, Social Sciences, or related fields

• Experience:

  • 2 years in administrative roles

  • Proficient in basic accounting and logistics

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills

4. Assistant

• Pay Package: PPS-05

• No. of Posts: 01

• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

• Qualifications:

  • Graduation with 2 years of relevant experience

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

5. Lower Division Clerk (LDC)

• Pay Package: PPS-03

• No. of Posts: 01

• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

• Qualifications:

  • Intermediate with 1 year of relevant experience

• Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
