The National Institute of Population Studies, Training & Research (NIPST&R) is implementing a project titled "Longitudinal Panel Study using Performance Monitoring for Action (PMA) Framework in Punjab, Balochistan, and Sindh" and is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

1. Project Advisor

  • Duration: 03 Months

  • Number of Posts: 01

  • Age: Minimum 50 years

  • Pay: Rs. 500,000/- per month

Qualification/Experience Required:

  • Ph.D. in Social Sciences (Demography, Economics, Statistics, Anthropology, Sociology, or Public Health) from a recognized university (foreign/local).

  • At least 25 years of post-Ph.D. experience in research.

  • Previous experience in conducting panel studies on family planning.

  • Strong project management and analytical writing skills.

2. Data Processing Manager/Data Analyst

  • Duration: 03 Months

  • Number of Posts: 01

  • Age: Minimum 45 years

  • Pay: Rs. 350,000/- per month

Qualification/Experience Required:

  • MSc/BS (Honors) in Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis and application development.

  • Expertise in SPSS, STATA, CSPro.

  • Familiarity with application-based quality data collection monitoring and panel data analysis.

3. Office Coordinator

  • Duration: 03 Months

Qualification/Experience Required:

  • M.Phil. or Master's degree in Social Sciences.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in coordinating teams.

Qualification/Experience Required:

Qualification/Experience Required:

  • F.A., F.Sc., I.Com with computer skills and typing speed.

  • 25 years of experience in administrative/accounting matters.

  • Pay: Rs. 85,000/- per month

Qualification/Experience Required:

  • Master's degree or BS (Honors) in Social Sciences.

  • Experience in field monitoring and household survey data collection.

Qualification/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree with expertise in MS Office and CSPro.

  • Master’s degree or BS in Social Sciences.

  • Experience in conducting interviews and data collection.
