VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

The Military Lands and Cantonments Department invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the position of:

Position:

Regional Assistant Director Education (Rawalpindi Region)

Job Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will:

  • Oversee the implementation of educational policies, programs, and initiatives in Cantt Public Education Institutes across the Rawalpindi region.

  • Ensure academic quality, policy compliance, and efficient administrative practices within the assigned educational institutions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

  • M.Phil or Master’s Degree in Education or a closely related field from a recognized university.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years in the education sector, specifically in administrative and teaching roles such as:

    • Principal

    • Vice Principal

    • Academic Coordinator

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Education policies and trends

    • Applicable laws and regulations

Skills Required:

  • Excellent leadership abilities

  • Effective communication skills

  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities

Age Limit:

  • Candidates must be 35 years or above, with sound physical and mental health.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Preference will be given to candidates with broader experience in the relevant field.

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test and interview.

  • Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.

  • No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.

  • Serving Principals in Cantt Public Education System (CPES) on contract basis who meet the criteria are also eligible to apply.

  • The position is non-transferable and will be filled on a contract basis only.

  • Individuals who were previously terminated or disengaged from any position or location under CPES are not eligible to apply.

  • Incomplete applications will not be considered.
