SITUATIONS VACANT

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following regular posts at various Cantonment Boards under the Pakistan Cantonment Servants Rules, 1954 (as amended):

1. Upper Division Clerk (UDC) - BS-13

  • Number of Posts: 20

  • Eligibility Criteria:

    • BA/Graduation with minimum Grade-C

    • Typing speed: Minimum 30 words per minute (w.p.m)

    • Must qualify Departmental Entrance Test and Interview

    • Three-month course certificate in MS Office

    • Preference will be given to candidates with 03 years of relevant experience

2. Lower Division Clerk (LDC) - BS-11

  • Number of Posts: 20

  • Eligibility Criteria:

    • Intermediate or equivalent qualification with minimum Grade-C

    • Typing speed: Minimum 30 words per minute (w.p.m)

    • Must qualify Departmental Entrance Test and Interview

    • Three-month course certificate in MS Office

    • Preference will be given to candidates with 03 years of relevant experience

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Appointments will be made under Pakistan Cantonment Servants Rules, 1954 (as amended).

  2. Posts are transferable throughout Pakistan.

  3. All vacancies are on a regular basis with a probation period of one year.

  4. Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply.

  5. Government employees must apply through proper channel.
