Position Overview

On behalf of our client, the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of Pakistan, Abacus is seeking highly qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Member Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR) — a key appellate forum responsible for adjudicating appeals relating to Inland Revenue matters in Pakistan.

Grade/Scale MP-1 Scale

1) Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

  • a) Chartered Accountant (CA) — with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm.

  • b) Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) — with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

2) Age Limit

  • Must be less than 62 years of age.

3) Mandatory Documents for Submission of Application

Applicants are required to submit the following:

  • a) Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)

  • b) List of cases handled and reported judgments, where applicable

  • c) Relevant professional certificates and licences

  • d) Copy of CNIC

4) Application Deadline
